la_marquise_de_. This dog would never be mistaken for a ghost despite his colour. Shamus was out first dog, a white German Shepherd bred from an Irish police dog (yes we did all the jokes about 'used to retrieve hand-grenades). We've had other dogs since, but he was the stand-out character. 
No thanks, I couldn't eat a whole one
He really meant it when he brought a stick to throw.
