Star Trek / X-Men Origins: Wolverine
Was desperate to see Trek before I accidentally tripped over any spoilers. Glad that I now have. Even though there are plot holes you can drive a bus through, it was hugely enjoyable. Definitely Spock's movie. Loved Urban as Bones. Probably need to see it again to appreciate all the tiny homages to the original, but Chris Pine's perfect take-off of Shatner/Kirk's mannerism when entering the bridge (near the end of the movie) was fleeting but priceless.
The Wolverine movie was also much better than anticipated. Another one well worth the trip to the cinema. I usually hate prequels but this ione worked for me.
