I'd like to welcome ferlonda to my friends group. We've been friends for years  (since around 1992 I think) and she's an old hand at LJ, but I didn't know it.

Thanks for the lovely introduction, birdsedge! I'm more a lurker than an "old hand" at LJ (notice my lack of ability for making hyperlinks from users' names...) but I do love this forum and I'm very pleased to be part of birdsedge's friends. If you'd like to add dadgaderie to your list, I know he'd appreciate it! I will now go check out my shopping opportunities at the witch_craft_shop.

Dang, I was misled- there was no shopping there, but a fascinating post on The Secret (which I agree with, by the way) and a scary post on the poor woman in Saudi accused, convicted and sentenced to death for witch craft. Funny how that's not in the US news...

There is a shop for real shopping. It's in Glastonbury. I'll try and route your next UK tour so you get chance to stop off and shop. Their clothes are gorgeous!!!! (Let's see... you need a Bristol gig... or maybe Bath... OK...) I think If you check out their blog, you'll find a web contact for the shop, too.

And of course I heartily recommend Liz's books. I'm reading 'The Demon and the City' at the moment - the second Inspector Chen novel. Highly recommended. See Amazon on the continent of your choice.

LOL! Of course you're right! I wore it with leather trousers and a sheer black blouse with flouncy sleeves for a big concert the other night- it seemed to go over pretty well. :) If any pictures turn up I'll send 'em to you.
