It's been lingering on the moor-tops for weeks, but we've got fresh snow falling again this afternoon.

Oh, poor you. Snow is no fun at all after about the first hour of going, "Oooh! Snow! Pretty!"

It's only snowing on the tops here, so we've got rain after a rather nice sunny day. But of course you live on the top of a hill and this winter is just going on and on and on.

I've only been to CA once and that was in November when it was hot and sunny. Very nice - but I couldn't get over the grass being brown rather than green. I guess there are some advantages to living in a damp climate.

The grass is green in winter, mostly. Summer is fire season.

Oh dear. I've just spent a lovely 45mins in the sunshine, pruning an overgrown vine - with occasional drops of rain, but still.

On the other hand, I like snow all the time that it's here. I just hope you don't have travel troubles getting to EasterCon.

The main roads are usually fine unless we get a really unseasonal dump if snow that's bad enough to shut down the motorways.
