While Dreamwidth migrates my stuff from LJ, this is just a test post so see if I'm firing on all cylinders.
I'm 'jacey' here rather than 'birdsedge'. The name change seemed to make sense at the time I set the account up. I'll try to figure out how to crosspost to LJ for a while longer.

DW migrating is a little slow atm due to sheer bulk, but it seems everyone is getting on eventually so it's just a matter of persevere.

X posting from here to there is easy but not if you haven't signed LJ's new ToS which I'm not going to be doing.

I did sign LJ's ToS. There didn't seem to be a way to get in there without doing it. There are still a few people I like to keep in touch with who have not migrated yet.
