NaNo Day 24

48,300 words so far in November. Another 1800 and I'll have cracked NaNoWriMo's 50,000 target.
Of course the rest of the world crumbled round my ears while I was busy... though I did get some real work done today as well.

But, yes, impressive. Thanks. I'm very happy with the way the words have racked up.
Jarek (Hari that was because the social setting has changed to something approximating Poland in 1650 - minus the real history) is now well on his way to starting the search for the missing Queen; Mirza the Gypsy witch has discovered a scary talent that's starting to eat her up; I've found an extra character I didn't know was in there (Dahnay) who should be the most fucked up ever but isn't; the evil wizard Kazimir has sensed Mirza and is on her trail with bad intent; Trader Zoltan is offering cautious help and seeking same in return and Lind is starting to wonder whether he has to live with his fucked-up mind and body forever or whether he can maybe pull himself out of the mire one day.
Oh, and Aniela the whore has also gone missing but no one has realised it yet.
I reckon I'm well past the halfway point now. My total word count is 56,300 with what I had to start off with after Milford. I'm on chapter 14 of 24 or 26 (depending how I split the end into viewpoints.)
