Well can vouch for the fact that there's no picture in the attic. Yes, making surre she eats a pound of veggies a day probably helps. She said yesterday that she sometimes wishes she had a part time job, just for a bit of structure in her week. This is besides running the Monday Friends Club, going to the Tuesday Art Group and the Wednesday Good Companions and doing all those painings and the evillest of evil sudokus she can find.
I think the trick is not sitting still for long enough for Old Age to catch up with you. I think your Mom is the same.

Select 'Save Image As'
and then choose what folder on your computer you're going to save it into. Click (or double click) on that. Job done!
