Booklog 88/2020: Sebastien de Castell: Traitor's Blade – Audio

This is the first of the four Greatcoat books which I read and loved, so decided to revisit as an audio book. I won't go into the actual book review, but you can read what I wrote about the Kindle edition here: https://jacey.dreamwidth.org/612864.html

I enjoyed revisiting the characters again, particularly Falcio. There's a lot of blow-by-blow action in this book, which I thoroughly enjoyed when reading. Somehow the narration by Joe Jameson didn't bring out the humour that I found in the kindle edition. Not that it's a comedy by any means, but the body count is lightened a little by the interplay between the characters.
