That was some wind last night and it's not over yet. This morning the two wheelbarrows are across the yard and the big wooden palettes (remnant of building block deliveries before Christmas) had gone skittling in all directions.

Mum went out this morning and it nearly blew her off her feet.

We're just getting the beginnings of the wnd down here now. It's still perishing cold - different from the hard frosts, of course. Hope you don't get blown all the way down here ... cuppa for you if you do *grin*

It's now blowing horizontal rain at the back of the house. Yech!

dadgaderie and I both remember that wind, or it's sibling, anyway. Did you get the harmony singing in the air bricks?

All night long. Our bedroom had the aolian harp effect again. We've learned to sleep through it.
