Ottawa in October

jaceyI just received an invitation from the Ontario Council of Folk Festivals to attend their October conference in Ottawa (15th - 18th) to speak on touring the UK and to provide mentor session for performers. (All expenses paid.) I had to think really hard for... ooh... seconds, before accepting.

Date: Sep. 19th, 2009 09:09 pm (UTC)I've been to Canada loads of times, but when in Ontario I've always been based in Toronto, though I've sung in all sorts of places from Guelph, Sarnia, Brantford and Stratford to Owen Sound, Niagara (on the Lake) and Kingston. For some reason I've never made it to Ottawa, and only once been to Quebec. The only Canadian provinces I've not been to are Saskatchewan and the Northern Territories, but I admit to only passing through New Brunswick tweice on the drive from Nova Scotia to Maine.
