Aren't government bringing in a Junior ISA I saw yesterday that the child cannot touch till they're 18?

Thanks, I'll have a look. It all depends on the rates. ISAs aren't offering very good interest at the moment - bertween .5 and 3%. Some of them have tempting rates but it's only for a year or so, then the rates plummet.
